Anonymous Do yourself a favor and don't buy this. Buy a trusted brand like SanDisk, Apple, Sony, etc. FIRST THOUGHTS before turning it on were that it is light weight and the center button feels like it's going to pop off soon. After charging it for about an hour, I turned it on. The power switch on top is not labeled which direction is on or off, so if the screen times out, you may think it's off, move the switch, inversely turning it off for real. NAVIGATING is a bit confusing. It's set up like an iPod, but the buttons don't do anything near the same things. The up button isn't up, it's Menu. The side buttons don't lead you into the next higher folder, they act like up and down buttons instead. OK, my biggest complaint. SOUND QUALITY-it is horrible.http://www.ponikwa.pl/htdocs/userfiles/cubase-step-designer-manual.xml

Expectedly, just using it's external speaker, the music comes out broken and scratchy sounding.like a blown speaker. Using ear buds (expensive Beats by Dre), it sounds a little better.just without the blown speaker part. There's a strange background noise, like a tv with bad reception, constantly present. Another aspect aside from the sound quality is the playback itself. Sometimes the music comes out sounding like a skipping cd. Drove me insane in less than 10 seconds. All in all, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS. GooseNeck1 I have had one complement after another over this curved television. I absolutely love it. JacktheCat Pros: cheap, utilitarian. Cons: short battery life. I bought this player as I needed a new one for use in the car - using the headphone out to Aux input on the head unit - just to play mp3 and flac. As such, I can not comment on the radio, camera, etc. The player is very slim, is wrapped in a handsome aluminum case and has minimal outboard controls. The front controls are just sensitive enough for input and the system responds well with commands. Navigating basic functions is intuitive but really need to dive into the downloadable.pdf manual to learn about other settings. Bass is a little thin out of the box but there are EQ settings (including a user adjustable setting.) Volume is just a little lacking - but quite useable - at max volume using a few pair of in ear headphones I own but I suppose a lot of that these days is due to liability suits. Also can extend the memory with the use of a micro SD card although I haven't tried this - yet. And yes - the battery life is lacking - four hour play back on a six hour charge. Doesn't matter to me as I will usually keep it plugged in the dc charger. I read through the disparaging remarks made on this site concerning this product and can tell you - other than the short battery life - the others can be cured by reading through the online manual and familiarizing your self with the player.http://www.quickvideo.nl/userfiles/cubase-se3-manual.xml Samiam I use my MP3 mostly for audio books. This one has an awkward start, pause and power off. When paused and shut down, it does not always restart at the right part. The fast forward and rewind is VERY slow so if you need to get it reset to the point you were in a book it can take a while. For the price it is a fair deal but the next time I would buy a more expensive better quality device. I have had several and was just looking for a quick, cheap replacement. TheFarmersWife Bought this as a replacement for my kid literally less than 12 hours before leaving on a long planned vacation. His old one failed--after 6 years. He didn't want Apple and his phone memory too small. You can expand the memory on this with a card. My son complained about slow download and said it alphabetized the songs within an album rather than keeping them in their original order. PawPaw1113 Great alternantive to brand name mp3 player. Size and price are great, with lots of storage space for audio and video files. Display is good and easy to read. Easy to use and comes with organizational software that I have not yet used. Also I have not used camera yet since I've got one on my phone. Sound volume is great if using ear buds but less than my likes, (loud), when played through my car stereo. Player also has FM radio capabilities. DamionFlynn It's a cheap MP3 player. I have not even attempted to use it for videos, etc. It works great for the purpose I bought it for - to listen to audio books while walking. I have dropped it a couple of times with no issue. The controls are a little clunky and take a little getting used to (it's a pain in the butt when you try to pause and end up stopping, and consequently have to restart and SLOWLY fast forward through a 30 minute audio track). If I were using it for music, I may be a little disappointed as it does not put out loud audio.https://www.thebiketube.com/acros-boss-audio-installation-manual It is fine for my audio books, but the volume would be a little low if I were trying to really jam out to a workout or something. MrMusichead I bought this as an alternative to a more expensive brand for the following reasons: 1) it had more memory for less cost. 2) It seemed to have some cool features not listed on the others. 3) It was on sale! Nevertheless, I am beginning to wonder if this was NOT such a great deal. I can't get the unit to save Video or Text ( e-book) files even after copiously reading the minimal instructions provided. However, If I could get them to work, I don't know if I would be able to view them via another media source attached to it. The audio files are fairly easy to access if you use the USB function in the car. Perkins42726 I have a Sansa mp3 and it does not hold a charge too long anymore. I couldn't afford another one so I bought this on due to the good price. The radio doesn't pick up as well as I would like. As far as playing music, it does very well. I haven't used other features, such as the camera and taking videos, thus I can't rate. I guess I can say this would be a good starter MP3 player. P351 It worked OK but it had to be set every time you turned it on. We returned it and bought one that didn't have to be set every time you turned the power off it started up where you turned it off at. Pato It?s an acceptable mp3 player for the price it?s sold. The users manual (only available online, does not come with the product) is not clear on how to operate it, for instance does not explain how to modify the volume. Keystone Was looking for an inexpensive mp3 player for work and this fit the bill. Plenty of storage for music and the camera is a bonus. Downside is there is no clip attached so it has to be kept in a pocket which does not work for me. Ended up having to buy a Sandisk and this one has been sitting in a drawer. Goober This is a nice MP3 player, but the 4GB memory capacity is a bit small for larger libraries.https://1866ilovejunk.com/images/cardio-md-service-manual.pdf It is nice it can use a MicroSD card to expand the memory, but I haven't tried it het. The built in camera is a joke. It is dark, and off skew, so you have to hold the device at an angle to get a picture of something in front of you. Did I mention that all pictures and video come out very dark. Even if you have great lighting, they still come out dark and gray. Not good. But this is an MP3 player, and I can only assume the camera was an after thought, and after thinking about it, it shouldn't have been included. SunnyBeachGoer This MP3 player is a great value for the money. It is not expensive or deluxe, so if you have that in mind it can be a great one for you. It is basic, the screen isn't a high resolution screen, but it is decent for what it is. I wish it had more storage capacity, as 8GB should be the minimum that they should sell in my opinion nowadays. At least it has a microSD card slot to expand the memory. This would be great for a small kid or someone that wants an almost disposable (at this price) MP3 player to take on the train ride to work or some other place that you wouldn't want to lose or break a more expensive model. JulehE Good mp3 player for price. Has camera to record and take pictures as well. Best feature is the memory card slot. Very sleek and easy to use. Con is low battery life. Initial setup, creating playlists, and syncing not as easy on first try like other products. Overall good product that delivers for price. AJAY Ok for the price. But it is worth for the price. Anonymous The way I usually listed to music on MP3 players is alphabetically by artist and in the order of songs as they appear on the album. Much to my surprise, this is not possible on this player. If you list by Artist, you get the artists in alphabetically order but the songs on each album are played in alphabetical order rather than the order they appear on the album. Another option is to list as they appear on MP3 player. While this enables you to play the songs in their intended order on each album, the artists are listed in the order in which they were written to the player. Bert It's a great Mp3 player fo me being on a budget. It's easy to put the songs I like on it. I'm not very savvy on how to play each album back but I'm learning. It's my first Mp3 player so I'll just have to learn how to use it. Sound is great with the earbuds provided and so far I am very pleased with my purchase.Cheetah Bought it for my 8-year-old, who wanted her own player, but not ready for an iPod. Very cure design, light, portable. Not that easy to download music, though. She enjoys the camera, but we have not been able to make the radio work. For an adult whose goal is listening to music, I would most definitely invest a little more and get an iPod. It has OK sound and plenty of volume. A preloaded video was not half bad playing on the screen but I bought it strictly for music and audiobooks. The volume was too loud for me with headphones even at the lowest setting. Its big detriment is poorly designed function. It was difficult to figure out how to navigate even with supplied booklet (as well as a manual on the player) and the tiny identically sized buttons in a tight row on the edge of the player make it more so. They are often not smoothly functional necessitating pressing them more than once. The screen has good info and the songs are listed in the music section (press menu once) to scroll through under 'file select' that you get to by pressing the menu button again after pausing the player when in music. It worked with Overdrive for an MP3 audiobook, but the player does not mark your place when pausing before shutting off so it is not good for books and it also makes too much work finding your place again in your music every time you turn it on. Volume is adjusted by pressing the volume button, then using either the FF or reverse buttons to raise and lower it which is also too tricky and frustrating. With better design and navigation it might be a great little player, but it is too much of a pain to use as it is. See more Reviewed by hearsmusic hearsmusic Helpful. Dad that does it all. 2.0 out of 5 stars Plus for the price it's not worth trying to return, so I figured I would frankenstein a bigger battery into it, but I can't even seem to get this thing apart. It doesn't feel too cheaply made, but the navigation and menus are not user friendly and you cannot listen and charge at the same time. The best I can say is that this feels like a knockoff of a Apple Nano.I loaded my music on it, charged it overnight, and it played about an hour. The next time after I charged it,it only played a few minutes.Since they are discontinued I bought another as backup.I've never had one that was so easy to use, easy to download songs to, easy to charge, battery lasts about 6 hours playing music, and the sound is perfect. The video camera is excellent, and the camera takes great pics as well. If they would take a few minutes to read the guide, they would understand how simple it is to plug it into the computer and drag and drop music files right onto it. So simple my four year old granddaughter knows how to use it. I can read ebooks on it, watch videos. It is a fantastic product. It does take a few minutes of exploration to see how it works, to set up the power saving mode, and get familiar with it. This is the third one I have purchased. I have one, my son has one, and my granddaughter has one. Nothing else works as well.Total waste of money. Best of all, if it stops working right, I can take comfort in the fact that I didn't invest much in it. See more Reviewed by Upsilonu51 Upsilonu51 Helpful. Here's the kicker, doesn't last beyond 2 hrs of play time and I didn't use it for 2 hrs straight either i actually turned it off at intervals while I jog. It never did actually charge. It says its takes 3-6 hours to charge (i don't remember which) however i had it plugged in overnight and several hours in the morning and it never took a charge. So I called the company and they were only willing to ship me a replacement one. They would not return my money. So, i took it back to walmart for a no-hassle refund. Yes ( 8 ) No ( 4 ) Report Average Rating: ( 1.0 ) out of 5 stars It Has Many Issues June 15, 2015 This MP3 Player has been the worst of any I have ever owned. It started off okay, but quickly I found out the random function only worked per folder. That meant I had to place all songs in one folder to get them randomized since I like to hear different bands as I listen to music. Then I found out the random isn't random, it goes through the same songs every time you turn the device back on. So, you'll add your songs and then the random will play numbers 8, 93, 23, 40 or something but it's always the same until you add more music. Then when you add more, it just does a new order that is random once, but when you turn it on later it goes through the same ones again. Today when walking it started making MP3s sound like they were scratched CDs. Really high pitched crackling and distortions as I was listening to music, and songs were skipping around. I listened to the MP3s on my computer with the headphones I was using with the MP3 player, and they are fine. I wrote a review about this on my website, if you go online and search for zuulspacebar and eclipse MP3 Player from Walmart you can learn more about this MP3 player. It is best to get anything else, even just to wait until you can afford something better. The sound quality is very bad, and whoever programmed it can't get anything right or make menus that make sense. See more Reviewed by zuulspaceman zuulspaceman Helpful.
